The Site and Audio are operated by Alara Vaiana, a somatic practitioner based in Irvine, California ("I," "me," or "my").

The Stop the Spiral audio is provided to you free of charge for your personal, non-commercial use. By submitting your email address on this Site, you authorize me to deliver the Audio to you via email and to contact you with a short follow-up email sequence. You may unsubscribe from that sequence at any time.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, resell, or create derivative works from the Audio without my prior written permission.
