Alara Vaiana ("I," "me," or "my") operates the Stop the Spiral landing page at alaravaiana.com (the "Site"). I respect your privacy and am committed to handling any information you share with me responsibly. The only personal information I collect is your email address, which you provide voluntarily when you submit the form on this Site to receive the free Stop the Spiral audio. I do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, or any other personal details through this form.

This data is collected passively by Vercel (my hosting provider) for security and performance purposes and is not linked to your identity.

Google Signals (cross-device tracking via signed-in Google accounts) and advertising personalization features are disabled for this property.

2. How I Use Your Email Address

I use your email address solely to:

• Deliver the free Stop the Spiral audio to you.
• Send follow-up emails in a short welcome sequence about the audio, the somatic work behind it, and related offerings from Alara Vaiana. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

I will not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

I use the following third-party services to operate the Site and deliver email communications. Each provider has its own privacy practices, and I encourage you to review their policies:

4. Data Retention

Your email address is retained in Klaviyo for as long as you remain subscribed to my email list. If you unsubscribe or request deletion of your data, your email address will be removed from active lists. Some residual records may be retained for compliance and anti-spam purposes in accordance with Klaviyo's policies.
